Uxbridge District Court

November 2015

The officer reported that after the client entered a sobriety checkpoint and smelled of alcohol, he admitted having three beers when asked, had slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes. The officer stated that due to these observations and his admission to drinking, he asked the client if he would be willing to perform field sobriety tests and the client agreed. The officer reported the client failed the walk and turn and one leg stand field sobriety tests and could not count backwards as instructed. BAC 0.13. CASE DISMISSED
