The officer reported that while the client was reversing out of a parking space, he nearly struck the officer’s cruiser, proceeded to pull forward and struck the curb and then again tried to reverse around the cruiser. The officer stated he approached the client who had slurred speech, and while standing with his cane, was unsteady on his feet, and swayed back and forth. The officer further reported the client had bloodshot eyes and could not say the alphabet. The officer stated a second officer smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from the client. CASE DISMISSED
