ORLEANS DISTRICT COURT-FIFTH OFFENSE
Client is stopped for speeding and traveling on the wrong side of the road. The officer notices a strong odor of alcohol on the clients breath and the client is slurring his words according to the officer. The officer notes an open container of alcohol was located in the car, as well as hard liquor bottles. Client is asked to step from the vehicle and is extremely unsteady on his feet and cannot maintain his balance during the field sobriety tests. The client is arrested and takes the breath test with a reading of .09. TRIAL VERDICT-NOT GUILTY
