The officer notes a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the clients mouth and the client is unable to produce the license and registration without fumbling both documents. The client is asked to step from the car to perform field sobriety tests and is unsteady in their feet and uses the car for support while walking. Client is unable to say the alphabet, count backwards from 100 or perform the one legged stand to the officers satisfaction and is arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence.
