Client rolls vehicle over on deserted highway and the local police respond. First officer indicates he can smell strong odor of alcohol and the client has red, watery and glassy eyes according to the police officer. When the client is questioned he indicates. with slurred speech, that a car ran him off the road and did not stop. Client admits to drinking several beers earlier in the night and fails the field sobriety tests according to the police officer. NOT GUILTY
