Belchertown, Massachusetts:
Client losses control of his car and smashes into a tree, severely damaging his motor vehicle. When the police arrive, client is incoherent and slurring his words. Responding officer also notes a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the clients breath. When asked what happened by the police, client indicates he was not paying attention and lost control of the vehicle. Client is taken to the hospital and blood is drawn revealing a blood alcohol limit of twice the legal limit. CASE DISMISSED.
