The officer testified that the client passed him going 17 mph over the speed limit and after stopping the vehicle, observed him to have bloodshot and glassy eyes, slurred speech, an odor of alcohol and when asked, the client admitted drinking several hours earlier. The officer stated that the client failed the one leg stand and walk and turn field sobriety tests. NOT GUILTY
