OUI 2nd Offense. The defendant, who was traveling in the Bourne Rotary, rear ended another vehicle and left the scene of the accident. The victim called 911 and notified the Bourne Police Department who then gave chase and stopped the defendant several miles down the road. The defendant admitted to being out at a bar and drinking several beers before driving and also admitted to leaving the scene of an accident. The defendant also admitted to smoking marijuana prior to driving and was unsteady on his feet according to the officer. The defendant failed all field sobriety tests and was arrested and charged with several offenses. CASE DISMISSED
