Hingham District Court

Client is stopped for driving on the wrong side of the road for a 1/4 mile. According to the arresting officer client had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and is unsteady on their feet, client also smells of marijuana. Client is asked to step out of the car and perform field sobriety tests, all which the client fails according to the police officer. Officer testifies client cannot hold leg up for more than 7 seconds and cannot walk in a straight line. After being placed under arrest, client is searched and located in his pocket was a marijuana cigarette. NOT GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS.

Concord District Court

Client is pulled over for speeding and cannot produce his license and registration. The police officer observes client eyes to be bloodshot and glassy and his speech to be slurred. Client is asked to exit the vehicle and perform the field sobriety tests. Client refuses but at the station elects to take a breathylzer with a reading of .12 which exceeds the legal limit of .08. NOT GUILTY.

Plymouth District Court

Client is stopped for traveling 70 mph in a 35 zone. The Officer testified that client stumbled out of the car and had to use the car for support in standing. Client could not say the alphabet nor perform the balance tests. Marijauna and an open container of alcohol were found in the clients vehicle and client admitted to drinking several glasses of wine prior to operating the motor vehicle. NOT GUILTY.

Hingham District Court

Defendant flips his car over and it rolls four to five times. When police arrive defendant is outside of vehicle and the officer asks the defendant what happens. The defendant says what do you think happened I crashed my car. The defendant is unsteady on his feet, has slurred speech and there is a strong odor of alcohol on his breath according to the police officer. The defendant fails all the field sobriety tests administered to him and is arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol (OUI) and operating to endanger. VERDICT-NOT GUILTY.

Quincy District Court

Defendant is traveling south on the expressway and strikes another vehicle and then flees the scene. The defendant is stopped by the State Police two miles down the highway. The defendant is ordered out of the car and almost falls over according to the state police trooper. The defendant admits to several glasses of wine and cannot say the alphabet when asked to and also cannot perform the balancing tests. The state police trooper observes the defendants the eyes to be bloodshot and glassy and the speech to be slurred. VERDICT-NOT GUIILTY.

LOWELL DISTRICT COURT

Defendant attempts to enter Route 495 on the off ramp and subsequently drives off the exit ramp and down the embankment crashing the car into the woods. The trooper notices the defendant to have fresh track marks in the arm and finds a needle in the defendant's pocket, the defendant is staggering and cannot walk a straight line or say the alphabet correctly. VERDICT-NOT GUILTY.
